Arlidge Constructions completed our home in Graceville in February 2007. We had previously used Arlidge Constructions for a renovation and were delighted with the results. We therefore had no hesitation in commissioning the company to build our new home in Graceville.

Our Graceville home is a wonderful two-storey home on a small allotment. It was judged by the Master Builders Association as the best home in Queensland on a small allotment in 2007 and this is a great credit to Steve Arlidge and his team.
It is no surprise to us that our home is an award-winning home. Right from the start we were extensively consulted by Steve as to our needs. Steve briefed us on the stringent requirements that needed to be met to comply with the BCC’s small lot code. He also actively participated in all our meetings with the architect, Silvio Zammitt, and this close collaborative effort ensured that we were able to have our needs satisfied to the maximum.

Consultation with clients is one of Steve’s strengths and close consultation continued throughout the project. Steve is very generous with his time for clients and nothing is too much trouble. We appreciated Steve’s efforts to keep us informed on progress as we were out of Brisbane during much of the project.  Steve assisted us in evaluating options and reaching decisions on many facets of the project including windows, bi-fold doors, flooring, and lighting.

We are absolutely delighted with the finished product. The house is supremely functional, stylish and finished to a high level of quality.  It has exceeded our expectations in so many ways.
